Step 1
Charge the Portable Blender
Use the included wireless magnetic charger to power up the Neuwix Pro blender. If the battery is completely drained, a full charge takes no more than 1 hour.
How do I know it's fully charged?
You'll see a lightning bolt icon on the top of the charger.
- blinking, the device is still charging.
- stays solid, charging is complete and Neuwix Pro is ready to use.
Step 2
Fill the Blender with Your Favorite Ingredients
Add fruits, vegetables, or nuts into the Neuwix Pro blender — and don’t hesitate to toss in a few ice cubes for a refreshing touch.
We recommend filling the blender from the side with the wider opening. Simply open the blender and stand it upright on the lid. This method makes it easier to load your ingredients without spilling.
Step 3
Turn on the Blender Using the Power Button
To start the Neuwix Pro blender, press the button located on the bottom twice in quick succession.
If the blender is properly sealed, the button will light up white and the blending will begin immediately. Each cycle lasts 30 seconds.

Your beverage is ready to go.

Step 4
The Blender Didn’t Start and the Button is Flashing Red — What Should I Do?
Power button flashes 3 times:
If the power button blinks 3 times, the Neuwix Pro blender is out of battery. Place it on the included charging dock and make sure the lightning bolt icon starts blinking. This confirms the device is charging properly.
Power button flashes 10 times:
If the button blinks 10 times, the blender isn’t fully sealed. Try closing it tightly until the Neuwix Pro logo aligns with the dots on the base.
The blender features a safety mechanism to prevent accidental activation. Don’t hesitate to firmly secure the lid for safe and proper use.
