Protein Shake
Make a protein shake with the Neuwix Pro portable blender to fuel your body with essential proteins. We recommend preparing a protein shake after your workout!
Ingredients:
- 250 ml milk
- 1/4 frozen banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground vanilla
Instructions:
- Measure 250 ml of milk and pour it into the blender.
- Slice the banana into smaller pieces before freezing and add to the blender.
- Measure one scoop of your favorite protein powder and add it to the blender.
- Add one tablespoon of maple syrup. You can also use another sweetener to taste, such as agave syrup or honey.
- Add one teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of ground vanilla. You can also use fresh vanilla or vanilla extract.
- Done! Blend the mixture well by running the blender for 2–3 cycles.
