Protein Shake

Make a protein shake with the Neuwix Pro portable blender to fuel your body with essential proteins. We recommend preparing a protein shake after your workout!

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 1/4 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Measure 250 ml of milk and pour it into the blender.
  2. Slice the banana into smaller pieces before freezing and add to the blender.
  3. Measure one scoop of your favorite protein powder and add it to the blender.
  4. Add one tablespoon of maple syrup. You can also use another sweetener to taste, such as agave syrup or honey.
  5. Add one teaspoon of cinnamon.
  6. Add 1/4 teaspoon of ground vanilla. You can also use fresh vanilla or vanilla extract.
  7. Done! Blend the mixture well by running the blender for 2–3 cycles.
